I created Healing Period from my own lived experiences as a mother, a clinical social worker, a spiritual seeker, and a woman who knows what it means to carry pain in silence. Through the valleys of trauma, spiritual awakening, and soul reclamation, I realized healing isn’t just something we do—it’s something we remember.
